DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Lenny is a young and dynamic company that deals with wholesale and import / export. In particular, Lenny owns the brand and exclusivity for members of Cantine Zampino wines, which has vineyards spread over more than 8 hectares of land, planted on the sunny hills of central Irpinia eastern, with a range between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. By virtue of this, Lenny has important experience in the export of quality wines from Campania The program includes 4 types of intervention: 1. Participation in fairs and exhibitions; Temporary use of foreign sales; Actions of communication: web and social oriented to target markets (New Zealand, Australia and Southeast Asia); creation of a specific brand for foreign markets.

TARGETS

The internationalization program aims to strengthen and consolidate the position and reputation of Lenny and the Zampino brand, already known in the oceanic and Asian markets as a high quality wine. The innovation of the proposal is to carry out a promotion not only aimed at the brand commercial, but which reinforces the image of Campania wine as a drink of the Mediterranean, healthy and balanced, excellent product of the territory, insisting on the PDO, IGT, DOCG brands and lines organic, consistent with the international FAO and national guidelines of the Mipaaf. The company aims to consolidate its image and presence on the markets of Oceania and Southeast Asia and to the acquisition of new customers.

RESULTS

The internationalization program aims to consolidate Lenny e’s reputation and presence then of Cantine Zampino wine on target markets: New Zealand, Australia and Southeast Asia. For for this reason, the company aims to consolidate the customers acquired; – acquire 10 new buyers; – increase exports of 30%; – increase the export / turnover ratio up to 65%. In addition, the actions are intended to strengthen the image of the Cantine Zampino brand as a high quality wine from Campania.
